Insights Into Art History is a series of one-day workshops especially designed for 16-19 year olds to explore and investigate The Courtauld Gallery collection. Each day has an exciting focus and a new subject to discover!

TEDx Courtauld Institute are taking over to explore ‘what is utopian art?’ Celebrating the 500th anniversary of Thomas More’s Utopia you will take a tour of Somerset House to see firsthand the work of contemporary artists Jeremy Deller, Fraser Muggeridge, and TEDx’s Artist in Residence, Peter Liversidge. Taking inspiration from The Courtauld Gallery, you will then make your own utopian art!

All participants will receive a limited edition copy of More’s Utopia by Jeremy Deller and Fraser Muggeridge.
